Todd Hines
Todd is a founding partner of NXUM Group, where he leverages his expertise in consumer products, operations, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth and investment opportunities.
Todd began his career as Director of Licensing for Logo Athletic before becoming a divisional President at Tultex Corp following its acquisition of Logo Athletic by Reebok (NYSE: TTX). In 1995, he founded H3 Sportgear, which quickly became the nation’s leading retail headwear and accessories provider. Under his leadership, H3 secured licenses for over 80 consumer brands and supplied major retailers such as Target, Walmart, JCPenney, Kohl’s, Amazon, Lids, and Nordstrom. H3 was recognized twice as Target’s Supplier of the Year for its work on the Mossimo private label brand, and at the time of its sale in 2003, the company had surpassed $70 million in annual revenue.
Todd Hines is an accomplished entrepreneur and industry leader with over 30 years of experience in licensing, global sourcing, and retail distribution. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled multiple consumer product companies, driving innovation and market leadership across various industries.
Following the sale of H3 to Milestone Capital, Todd launched Wild Sports, which became the dominant retail supplier of licensed outdoor games and furniture, capturing over 80% market share in the tailgating and outdoor games sector. He spearheaded global procurement and manufacturing operations across China, Taiwan, and Vietnam, managing production in 35 factories and overseeing corporate operations in Westfield, IN, and Cornelius, NC. In 2017, Wild Sports was acquired by Mason Wells, and Todd retired as CEO in December 2019.
In 2020, Todd pursued his passion for high-end automobiles by founding Mulinaro Motorcars, a luxury auto dealership designed to redefine the consumer buying experience. The company generated $55 million in sales in its first year, leading to its acquisition by SAH (NYSE) in 2021 and its rebranding as Tactical Fleet. Today, Tactical Fleet operates luxury automotive showrooms in Dallas, Beverly Hills, and Charlotte.
He remains active in business and personal pursuits, including coaching high school football for seven years. He is an avid golfer and cyclist. Todd holds a degree from Hanover College.
