Bo Hines
Bo Hines is a legal and policy expert specializing in financial regulation, digital assets, and blockchain technology. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Presidential Council of Advisers for Digital Assets, where he plays a critical role in shaping policy and regulatory frameworks for the evolving digital economy.
Bo is a founding partner of NXUM Group, a consulting and strategy firm focused on financial innovation and investment. Given his role as the executive director of the Presidential Council of Advisers for Digital Assets the current administration, he is on sabbatical from NXUM Group while serving at the request of The President.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University, where he also played as a wide receiver for the Yale Bulldogs football team. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2022

In 2022, Bo ran as the Republican nominee for U.S. Congress in North Carolina’s 13th Congressional District, bringing his legal and economic expertise to the forefront of national policy discussions. His campaign focused on pro-growth economic policies, regulatory reform, and advancing innovation in financial markets.
